    Before you join

  • Send us your application, and one of our recruiters will review your profile and CV based on merit and a commitment to equal opportunity. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and will contact you to progress your application.

  • One of our team members will give you a call, so we can arrange an informal chat. This is a chance for you to tell us what interests you about PML and the role. To prepare, it’s a good idea to find out all you can about our business and think about why you want to be part of it. At this stage, we’ll also ask you about your work experience and expectations, check that you’ve held a valid driving licence for at least a year, and confirm your right to work in the UK.

  • If you’re applying for a Territory Activation Executive role, we’ll invite you to come and meet two of our Area Activation Managers for a 90-minute interview. If you’ve applied for an Area Activation Manager role, your interview will be with two of our Regional Activation Managers. This isn’t just a chance for us to find out more about your abilities. It’s also your opportunity to find out more about what it’s like to work here, so it might help to prepare a few questions in advance.

  • This will be part of your formal interview. If you’re applying for a role as a Territory Activation Executive, we’ll tell you what it involves 48 hours in advance, so you can prepare. If you’re interested in an Area Activation Manager or Regional Activation Manager role, we’ll give you a business case to prepare for.

  • We’ll also ask you to take a psychometric test as part of the formal interview stage.

  • If you’re successful, we’ll invite you to a coffee meeting with either one of our Regional Activation Managers or our Head of Field Force depending on the role you are applying for.

  • If you want to truly understand what it’s like to work in our Field Force teams, it’s a good idea to do a field visit in your local area.
