Recognized on the 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

We have been added to the 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) for our transparency in gender reporting and advancing women’s equity. This recognition underscores our work to progress gender equity in the workplace and to ensure equal opportunities for all employees. The Bloomberg GEI measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand.

First international company to achieve Global EQUAL-SALARY Certification 2019

We are extremely proud of this certification, as it verifies that PMI pays men and women equally for equal work, in every location we operate in. We were also the first multinational in Switzerland to be awarded equal-salary status in 2015, followed by our Japanese affiliate, who received this certification in 2016.
