Welcome to Philip Morris Australia. Established in 1954 and based in Melbourne, Victoria, we were the first affiliate in the world to produce Philip Morris International brands outside of the United States.
We have a talented, culturally diverse workforce of around 350 people. We believe in being inclusive, flexible and transparent as an organization. This attitude allows our employees to bring our strategy to fruition.

As part of our commitment to contribute to the community, our Workplace Giving Program allows our employees to donate to a number of charity organisations that offer assistance to a broad range of causes, including education, animal welfare, and mental health.
Philip Morris Australia is a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant (APC), a sustainable packaging initiative that aims to change the culture of business to design more sustainable packaging, increase recycling rates, and reduce packaging litter. It is an agreement between government, industry, and community groups to find and fund solutions to address packaging sustainability issues.
