For Philip Morris Türkiye, creating a happy working environment where we can all thrive is one of our most important priorities.

For this aspirational priority, we have built a strong well-being foundation with many initiatives such as comprehensive health insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Psychological Counseling Support, “Smart Work,” Expert Gatherings, “You Have the Mike” with our employees, annual leave plannings, simplification efforts, leisure activity clubs, and productive work habits campaigns.

On our strong foundation, we activated our Wellbeing Program with the theme of “Balance & Self-care drive wellbeing.” This program states that we all own the wellbeing topic, recognize our individual needs and find the right balance for ourselves so that we can feel better, boost our energy levels and perform in a way that’s sustainable.
