WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT • You are a customer-oriented professional with a genuine passion for People & Culture / Global Mobility and with extensive work experience in shared services • You have an experience managing remote teams focusing on delivering services to internal and external stakeholders with special attention to customer care and delivering good results • You are able to plan work of others, set objectives, support, coach and motivate the team –experience in people management is a must, experience in project management is a strong asset • You enjoy pro-active problem solving, balancing a variety of tasks and priorities in a changing environment • You are a collaborator who works effectively with people and teams around you and on distance • You are a fluent English speaker and a good communicator RISE TO THE CHALLENGE We are looking for a Team Leader International Assignments Market, based in Krakow, Poland supporting our affiliates in Poland and in other countries. As a Team Leader you will: • Lead, support, coach and motivate the team • Ensure delivery of International Assignments / Global Mobility services to the markets in scope, end-to-end customer request resolutions, supporting assignees in on-going requests, coordinating work with internal and external parties • Secure high quality and timely services through active resource- and work planning, teamwork and knowledge management • Establish and foster excellent relationships with local People & Culture teams, key customers and stakeholders • Pro-actively identify areas for improvement and follow through on implementation • Ensure all controls requirements are understood and fulfilled by the team, including SOX and PMI policies and procedures WE OFFER: • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Holiday, cultural & Christmas bonus • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility (eg.
