Purpose of the Job: Design and Execute CC Product Portfolio and Deployment Experiments/Pilot Tests, intended to validate the hyphotesis that will reduce gaps between our Marketing Initiatives and Consumers’ needs. Main Activities Identify potential opportunities in our Product Portfolio to deliver adequate offers to Consumers and better satisfy their needs; define hypothesis and design validation experiments and Pilot Test. Through rapid experimentation, improve the current Deployment Toolbox to better commercialise our Product Portfolio offers in Acquisition and Retention. Design the Experimentation Phases and Pilot Test to validate improvement hypotheses regarding either Portfolio or Deployment initiatives. Run FFWD Experimentation phases, Empathise, Explore, and Execute to build a solid improvement proposal to be further validated in a Pilot Test. Run Pilot Tests (e.g. City Tests), if necessary, to fully validate the improvement hypothesis. Build the experimentation Business Cases, including the benefit assessment regarding Volume contribution, Projected Share of Market, and Financial impact; or other tangibles benefits such as awareness, or brands attribute improvements. Skills '- Ability to think creatively & strategically '- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders. '- Ability to formulate recommendations based upon robust research and assessment of risk/benefits. '- Project management skills and experience. '- Ability in analytical thinking and data-driven decision making. ' -Fluent written and spoken English 3-5 years of Commercial Initiatives development/implementation, Marketing, or Trade Marketing experience, ideally with Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
