Your ‘day to day’
As a Retail Development specialist you will manage and drive the implementation processes activities to ensure the opening of the IQOS Stores in Direct Retail formats & manage the maintenance of the Stores & Planning of refurbishment strategy for the next coming years
Research & Identify potential new store locations, aligned with the Retail strategy
Review lease agreements, terms and conditions ensuring the brand standards alignments with PMI Brand Retail OC and legal departments
Ensure relations with Real Estate companies, Shopping Malls & El Corte ingles
Brief the local & International architect, in all the project phases (feasibility/ Due diligence / DDSET & Executive design) validate the technical plans, layout development and follow up of the building works on site following & ensuring the Brand Guidelines
Costs analysis and budget Management accuracy
Who we’re looking for
Degree in Business, Economics or Construction Management
Post-graduate / Master degree in business, construction management, architecture or property management will be a must
5+ years’ experience managing multiple Retail development projects taking care of: ( retail openings & refurbishments) understanding of legal language related to real estate transactions (letter of intents, Leases, Construction Contracts, Tenders, Local Architects management etc.)
Strong experience in Real Estate (property management) & Retail projects execution (stores, El Corte Ingles, Pop Ups & Experiential formats)
Strong in Project planning responsibilities: Responsible to manage all aspects of the project-planning & development processes for a retail Stores openings, keeping aligned all the departments impacted in the process (IT/IS/ Marketing/Finance/ CRM & Head Quarters)
Must demonstrate leadership skills by completing retail development objectives & ensure all the timings and impacts in the company.
You are a solution-oriented, creative problem solver with excellent knowledge of Retail development & Property Management.
You like to work in a dynamic multinational environment with new challenges and opportunities. You are Focus results and habituated to work per planning, operations & coordination with other teams
You feel comfortable in multitask daily basis, also managing and leading processes for new stores openings. You have a Positive attitude and tolerance for ambiguity or changing direction
You have Experience with process improvement methodologies and process documentation related Retail
