Senior B2C Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Rise to the challenge RBH Inc is looking for Salesforce Business Systems Analysts to support the implementation of various projects using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The analyst will work alongside the product owner, business teams and other stakeholders to assist with the development of the business and technical requirements as well as contribute to the roadmap of the Salesforce Solution. The analyst is familiar with both agile and waterfall development methodology and has worked on multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce spanning the full SDLC. The chosen candidate will need to at ease interacting with and presenting to both business and technical stakeholders and will be comfortable working on multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment adhering to strict timelines for delivery. The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will bring experience from previous projects but will also have an opportunity to contribute and grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: • Work with business partners to elicit, understand, define and document business requirements • Develop documentation including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Prototypes, Process Flows, Personas, Journey Maps and Wireframes to support the design and development of Salesforce • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing "UAT", and end user training • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce • Liaise with technical users to assist with the translation of business requirements into technical solutions for those developing and supporting the Salesforce platform • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements • Design and review test cases, process change requests, facilitate UAT, support installation and deployment Let’s talk about what you bring • 6+ years of enterprise experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem including in-depth knowledge of, and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning UI • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or other Team Collaboration software • Previous experience working as an active member on agile teams • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies • Proven ability of using analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment • Ability to balance and prioritize numerous tasks within a collaborative team environment • Ability to work independently • Experience documenting user stories and building to-be process flow diagrams Education and Certification Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related experience. • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Marketing) • Business Analysis Certification ( CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA) desired • Familiarity with developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications • Salesforce Configuration experience desired WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join a global business leader where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
