We are looking for our (Reduce Risk Products) RRP Category Manager. This is a strategic role within the marketing team in the Andean Cluster where you will be reporting directly to our Marketing Director. Your ‘day to day’ You would be leading the brand building for RRP in the market, owning the brand and marketing plans, calendar and events. Additionally, you will be in charge of applying consumer segmentation to deploy our RRP portfolio strategy, including devices, accessories, and consumables to drive awareness, acquisition and retention, and maximize consumer value. We are looking for someone with: • Proven experience of 12 year + in Marketing including hands-on execution in consumer centric organizations. • Experience leading an omnichannel strategy to approach the consumer (With proven record of success in building brands digitally) • Consistent track record leading successfully complexity within diverse projects. • Functional and technical skills in consumer-centric areas. • Strong product understanding: ability to learn and understand the category and the competition from a product/delivery/satisfaction standpoint. Education & Experience • University degree in Business Management / Marketing. • Proven experience in designing and executing successful consumer engagement campaigns. • Excellent project management skills. • High level of teamwork, impact and influence.
