For our Omni Channel Operations team in London, UK (Global Studio) we are therefore looking for a Manager, Digital Media Operations! In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day governance of subject matter experts specialist in Digital Media deploying awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns in 60+ markets. In this role you will contribute to overall realization of business objectives by owning customer problems, crafting business value for the digital media program, and finding opportunities for growth: ultimately promoting data-driven and a consumer-centric approach along with responsible marketing practices. You will: • Partner with Digital Media Hub Leads to deploy awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns that are triggered by consumer behaviours and delivered through paid media channels (contextual targeting, behavioural targeting, detailed targeting, etc). • Drive operational efficiency through local media planning, landing page conversion optimization, and standardize campaign deployment to ensure digital media along the customer journey improves global brand narrative of the IQOS experience. Providing 360 feedback to Digital Media team when additional capabilities are needed. • Support Digital Media Hub Leads who are modifying media strategies to meet local regulatory/compliance requirements, working with multiple partners to expand media capabilities, and troubleshoot media orchestration challenges. • Become a specialist in Digital Media best practices and market requirements where smoke-free future campaigns are being launched. • Maintain expertise in attribution modeling, analytic frameworks and media agency monitoring techniques. • Act as a SME in the area of Digital Media functionality and usage. • Understand the defined Digital Media global strategy and success metrics in execution campaigns. • Maintain accountability for aligning to operational objectives and local market needs to the global Digital Media strategy. We’re looking for someone with: • Experience in Digital Media for a global brand or large agency (restricted industries preferred). • Managing / coordinating Digital Media related projects with strong understanding of media planning, ad technology and customer segmentation • Experience on global digital projects and can navigate in a matrixed organization. • Demonstrated experience managing agency relationships, media communication and ad technologies. • Experience working with leading DMP’s e.g. SFDC/Krux, and DSP’s e.g. MediaMath and The Trade Desk. • Strong knowledge of data and audience management, segmentation and data privacy. • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. • Change management and project management experience.
