Your ‘day to day’ Guarantee the growth of the accounts in Sell in and Sell out, supporting the account strategy and profitable investment in activities with the account in charge. Develop and implement strategies at national level to increase the volume of sales and the availability of our products. 1. Define and establish action plans to achieve Sell in and Sell out volumes every month to increase market share and the availability of our products in the channel of key accounts throughout the country. 2. Establish a good relationship and communication with customers to ensure the development of business priorities, guiding them to achieve volume, market share, product availability, good management of inventory levels and an optimal level of dispatch service, guaranteeing the OPLG service in the clients where we have negotiation 3. Guarantee the availability of our portfolio in clients to achieve an excellent level of dispatch service in the channel of key accounts. Coordinate an optimal inventory level in order to have availability of products to supply the needs of our consumers every week. 4. Track sales volume every month in each city to hit sales targets on budget settled down. 5. Balance participation of sales by regions and offer a better shopping experience to consumers, preventing products from running out, based on the ideal strategy. 6. Understand the role of the Key Accounts area in each region, share best practices and provide relevant information to the area centralized, in order to improve performance of the brand at the point of sale. Who we’re looking for - A minimum of University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial or Marketing. - At least 3 years of experience in key accounts (supermarkets, C-stores, hard discounts, or liquor stores). - Is a must to have the understanding and proven experience in FCMG. - Intermediate English level is preferred. - Excellent proven personal leadership, communication, planning, negotiation and analysis skills are required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
