YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ As Manager, Digital Manufacturing Portfolio, you will be part of Global Digital Manufacturing department for Philip Morris International and will be reporting to Head of Digital Manufacturing. The position is based in Bologna (Italy). A key responsibility will be to manage demands coming into the digital portfolio and overall coordinate digital manufacturing use cases planning, ensuring transparency through effective portfolio management, and maintaining digital manufacturing roadmap and budget aligned with Manufacturing of Future roadmap! Specific responsibilities include: • Lead intake of digital capability demands to ensure an ongoing ideation funnel • Coordinate with key partners (e.g. Manufacturing VP & Directors, IT, OSRD, Manufacturing Solutions, OPEX, …) on annual digital project submission and planning • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Product Owners, IT, OSRD, Manufacturing Solutions) to understand business objectives and facilitate alignment on digital capability development according to Manufacturing of Future roadmap • Coordinate digital prioritization monthly meeting and benefits mapping according to Manufacturing Zero loss Journey & OGSM for direct and indirect initiatives (enablers) • Lead manufacturing digital portfolio & roadmap • Collaborate and support IT, Product Owners, Manuf. Solution, OSRD and other Manufacturing key partners for tasks and key resources (global process owner, global product owner and other key roles) identification and planning. • Supervise tasks and resources allocation providing overall portfolio planning, analyzing workload, escalating issues and collaborating with key partners to solve them • Handle Manufacturing Digital Roadmap update ensuring full alignment with Manufacturing of Future • Drive communication and coordination for the success of the overall digital manufacturing program. • Steer for delivering the value/loss elimination targets of overall manufacturing digital portfolio • Control deployment deviation from standards deployment process • Supervise benefits realization and document gaps vs expectations, collaborating with key partners for Act/React definition • Lead digital use cases portfolio review and optimization according to OPEN+ Phases progression and Manufacturing of Future Roadmap • Manage Digital Manufacturing budget (CAPEX & OPEX cost) . • Lead Digital Manufacturing Journey communication Key Qualifications: • Master degree in Engineering /Computer science or equivalent experience • Agile certification • PBO/ Project/Program Management certification • OPEN+ DIGI Pillar / OPEX knowledge & qualification • Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred) • Big Data Analytics certification (preferred) Requirements & Skills: • Strong experience in Manufacturing/IT environment and in leading manufacturing digital strategy! • Deep experience in portfolio management of Industry 4.0 solutions in manufacturing environment- including defining and leading digital products plans and roadmaps • Experience of the software development life-cycle, including Agile frameworks and practices • Deep Manufacturing Processes Knowledge • Change management experience (Change Manager level) • Very good understanding of the manufacturing digital transformation trends • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Creative problem solver with a vision WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
