Purpose of the role - Contribute to the company Digital Transformation Journey for the company and ensure effective scale up of the Digital Trade platform both for direct and indirect channel through robust internal and external collaboration and efficient processes. Drive company's B2B digital initiatves, from strategic planning to fast execution to result evaluation followed by enhancement plan. Develop and pioneer new methodologies to assess channels and performance of commercial activities and equip field force with superior tools to drive competitive advantage in field, providing easy access to relevant information at all levels. Act as a one stop center for all stakeholders (Portfolio, Trade Activation, Key Account) to leverage the digital ecosystem. Facilitate the innovatiove use of digital technologies to create a competitive advantage for the company. Act as transformtion agent for the entire organization by establishing the digital function as a hub of excellence and act as a digital consultant to the broader organization. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Continue to enhance the Digital Strategy and Roadmap planned for the company, both long tern and short term, taking into account the business needs and KPIs. Identify the priorities for 'value unlocking' within the commercial organization and lead the solution development process using an agile approach partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. Identify and collaborate with the right partners to bring in digital knowledge and know-how and foster adoption of digital ways of working throughout the organization redefining the way functions work and collaborate. 2. Own the Digital initiatives for India across the direct and indirect channel through a project management approach. Leverage existing knowledge of digital technologies to rework the sales route to market in a way that makes the operations more effective while enhancing ROI. Collaborate and negotiate with regional, local management as well as commercial teams to ensure solutions are practical, implementable and ensuring wide adoption. Own the metrics of New Registrations, Platform Usage, and Task Compliance. Adhere to targets set as per business needs. Conceptualize ideas working with the Digital Agency to enhance the appeal & usability of the platform. Scale up & manage the Back Office for a seamless user experience. Work with agency to plan manpower requirement & team structure. Spearhead recruitment, training and upskilling the Back Office Executive on a regular basis. 3. Lead wireframing and prototyping efforts for all digital initiatives in conjunction with agency ensuring best in class experience for users. Plan and activate research and usability testing using contemporary methodologies in close collaboration with consumer insight teams. Own the user experience and proactively work towards improvement through learnings from lead digital markets. 4. Measurement of effectiveness of digital initiatives vs. set Business KPI and make recommendations for future activities following up on the numeric results but also ensuring qualitative feedback sourced from the Trade partners and directly from the Field force. Develop a sustainable feedback loop with a focus on continuous process improvement and optimization. 5. Lead the change management initiatives for the company. Be the inhouse expert with solid knowledge of trends and tools available within the company as well as externally. Regularly update the organization with the latest developments and conduct workshops/trainings required to imbibe knowledge across the organization.
