For these adult smokers who would otherwise continuing smoking, we want to provide them with smoke-free alternatives. In doing so, we have created an RRP solution, IQOS. IQOS is different from a regular tobacco product, as it uses a technology whereby it heats tobacco rather than burning it. We are really excited about our product, as you will be too! Bring us your penchant to interact with consumers and ability to educate our consumers as part of the Customer Care Team. THE ROLE: FULL-TIME – CONTRACTED The focus of the role is working remotely to enhance the awareness of IQOS and support Legal Age Consumers in their conversion from combustible tobacco to heat-not-burn products. As part of the Remote Sales Channel within Customer Care, you will be managing new and existing accounts through our CRM platform and operating within the framework and guidelines put in place. YOU are persuasive and love to educate the consumer about the benefits of products. YOU are very customer-centric and understand the need to provide exceptional customer service, throughout the sales cycle. YOU are able to create positive and lasting relationships with our Legal Age Consumers. YOU are a dynamic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with little supervision. YOU are a quick thinker and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment. Your ‘day to day’ • Establish and develop consumer centric relationships with Legal Age Consumer to introduce new and innovative reduced risk product category (IQOS) to the marketplace on a daily basis. • Educate and inform the Legal Age Consumer of the product characteristics of reduced-risk products (IQOS) as an alternative to combustible cigarettes. • Perform data entry duties and update Legal Age Consumers’ data on our CRM platform as required • Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion • Achieve and/or exceed monthly and quarterly IQOS sales targets • Acquire and generate new leads to ensure sustainable commercialization of IQOS • Building a network of referrals members to continually replenish your pipeline Who we’re looking for • 2+ years experience in Outbound & Inbound Telesales or marketing is required • Post-secondary education • Experience working within a call center environment is a strong asset • Lead generation and lead nurturing experience is strong asset • High level of professionalism, being timely, and able to prioritize tasks with good planning skills • Have a passion for learning on the job and self-motivated to drive for results • Being outgoing, sociable and enjoy interacting with consumers over various platforms • Be able to communicate clearly while maintaining a consumer-centric approach • Strong problem-solving abilities in a live-environment • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of Salesforce or CRM experience considered an asset • Bilingual; fluency in a secondary language considered an asset • Class 5 Drivers License and vehicle required What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
