Your ‘day to day’ Member of Centre of Expertise based in Portugal, this role will be responsible for initiating and independently perform analysis and planning activities at corporate level across all Regions to bring insights and added value analytics for supporting corporate decision making. It will be related to different streams and projects, from commercial engine understanding to volumes trend and bottom-line financial results, to highlight business risks and opportunities. By working closely with Regional the CoE teams to support the overall integration of all Regions and facilitate the level of analysis. In this context, work hand-on-hand with PMI corporate planning team. Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions to achieve critical objectives. Responsibilities MAPPING: Together with the Manager R&A and Corporate Financial Planning, prioritize critical streams of projects at CoE level, which require ad-hoc analysis and follow-up based on different measures, for instance i) consumer value, ii) return on investment, iii) financial feasibility PLANNING: Together with the Manager R&A and Corporate Financial Planning anticipate & react to business needs, with emphasis on consumer problems, retail prices, profitability, taxation, competitive fundamentals and so on. Run and lead business cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and achievements), including deep-dive analysis to extrapolate risks and opportunities at corporate level. PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION: Ensure the preparation of executive presentations to fulfil key messages based on business development and insights, by proposing alternative scenario planning and possible solutions. PARTNER MANAGEMENT: Build trustworthy relationships throughout the organization, with particular focus on: • CoE R&A team, to ensure full projects streams and opportunities understanding, as well as resources deployment to such projects. Ensure a continuous follow-up as well with peers to navigate towards the same direction • Key corporate departments’ stream, including PBF&R and S&PD Work hand-on-hand with Corporate Business & Financial Planning team to ensure continuous alignment and common directions Requisites Core Functional skills: • Ideally 3/4 years in previous experience in Financial Planning/Business Development in RRP Markets/Regions • Strong finance and eye for business as well as commercial focus • Capacity to propose solutions to complex problems • Communication skills, ability to engage with senior partners • Dealing with ambiguity • Accuracy and attention to details • Stand alone and demonstrated capacity to organize and prioritize work • Project Management Experience (preferably) Soft/technical skills: • Fluency in English language (written & spoken) • Proactiveness, curiosity and appetite to learn • Excellent stakeholder management & communication/presentation skills • Disruptive and ambitious attitude • GMRB/GSPR experience • Advanced technical skills (e.g. excel, power-point) • Proficiency of dashboard design tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA as a strong plus) (preferably) What we offer • We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
