We offer the opportunity to join our Sales Teams in the North Region. The selected candidate will provide meaningful insights and analytics to influence decision-making and execution to the regional management and support the alignment of activities between the regions and Headquarters. The position will be part of a team of experienced professionals to help the selected candidate build his or her professional and business expertise. You're ‘day to day’ Regional Planning Analyst reports to Manager Regional Sales. Main responsibilities are: •Prepare geographical analysis for districts and regions to support the regional management in the decision making process by focusing on public competitive activities, purchasing habits, retail engagement and consumer specifics. •Accountability for leading and developing the regional sales forecast for short and long term. Provide sales analysis to enable decisions making, track the sales progression over time and provide actionable insights to the regional teams. •Develop different scenarios for commercial activities, taking into account regional and brand inputs and coordinating communication to support regional management in defining and implementing territory strategies. •Support the regional management in the preparation of annual commercial plans. Following the approval of plans, establish action plans within the region, based on predefined objectives and priorities. Coordinate top-down and bottom-up activities between Headquarters Strategic Planning and the region by consolidating territory specific demands and ensuring execution specifics in line with territory needs. •Coordinate between the field activities and HQ business strategy, in order to insure the alignment for the regional needs. •Efficiently plan and implement a continuous tracking process for the measurement of all relevant activities per tool, occasion and various other identified factors that may influence quantitative and qualitative rates. Monitor the progress of every activity and tool, evaluate their effectiveness and timely communicate results to all stakeholders, along with proposals for corrective actions if necessary. •Contribute to the efficient preparation, handling and monitoring of the available tools in order to reach the predefined objectives. Contribute to the optimization of investments in toolbox, to ensure optimum use of company's resources and optimization of return-on-investment results. •Ensure high level of understanding of the region and follow trends among consumers and retailers through regular field visits to be able to generate meaningful adult smoker's insights at territory level and support the territory management. Qualities we’re looking for: •Extensive analytical skills and integration between quality and quantity data •Detail oriented •Strategic thinking •Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize among many requests •Initiative takers •Good collaboration with colleagues and senior managers •Love people, good with people Requirements: •Relevant degree (Business Administration / Economics) and/or General degree / relevant experience as an analyst or economist •Experience as Analyst in consumer goods / FMCG •Strong knowledge in BI tools ( TABLEU, POWER BI) •Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) •Preferably two years' experience as Sales or Marketing Planning Analyst – Advantage •Knowledge of SAP system- Advantage •English at high level •Valid work permit in Israel
