Become part of our vision and join our Commercial Systems & Data Intelligence Team, as Commercial Business Analyst (Digital) (M/F/D) in Vienna. YOUR DAY TO DAY: As Commercial Business Analyst and Project Management Expert, you collaborate and consult with local commercial teams (Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Care, CX, CRM, Loyalty) and global deployment teams. You are the digital subject matter expert and analyze project requirements, specifications, facilitate testing and deployment of digital solutions (e.g. Salesforce, SAP Commerce). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with commercial teams stakeholders to elicit, understand, define and document business requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for digital solutions • Liaise with technical teams and external vendors to assist with the translation of business requirements into digital solutions • Analyze, consult, communicate & recommend measures to enhance, improve and create business opportunities in the B2B and B2C area, with a strong CX focus • Support and leverage global Digital Solutions & Tools: Digital Consumer Engagement (B2C) and Digital Trade Engagement (B2B). • Digital lead in a big digital migration project to enhance commercial capabilities • E2E Accountability for the digital support of local commercial teams YOUR PROFILE: • You have graduated in Digital, Marketing, Business Informatics, IT or similar • You have at least 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role • You have analytical skills to build complete understanding of requirements and translate them into digital solutions • You have experience in project management and agile tools (e.g. Waterfall, SCRUM, Jira & Confluence) • You are proactive, collaborative, have experience with stakeholder management, thrive in a digital workplace and bring digital skills with you • You are focused on analyzing consumer & business needs with a solution-oriented mindset • As a plus, you already have experience working with Salesforce (Demandware, SFMC, ServiceCloud, Community Cloud) and SAP Commerce • Very good English language skills, German is a plus INTERESTED?
