As IT Project Manager you will Contribute to execution of RBH strategy by leading all phases of assigned projects (medium to large and/or cross-functional), solving a business need through the application of project management practices. Your ‘day to day’ • Understand business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solution, confirm financial proposal of the project and inspire change. • Manage end-to-end medium to large cross-functional projects - plan, implement, monitor and close the project under the guidance of Product Manager, using and adhering to Project Management standard methodologies. Manage and build an agile project team to deliver on the business deliverables. • Communicate with partners on an ongoing basis to review project requests, assess project phase scope, manage resources, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables. • Drive communication and co-ordination for the success of the project and provide project status reports and other project information to project partners and senior management on a regular basis. • Allocate and manage resources for assigned projects based on historical information, input from other staff, and general understanding of project tasks; anticipate and mobilize cross functional resources when required (procurement, legal, technology, finance, 3rd party suppliers and consultant, etc.). Monitor and measure results and provide constructive feedback to assigned resources in terms of deliverables on what and how. • Assess and mitigate project risks, manage project budget, effectively utilize resources and time, ensure measures are taken in projects to increase quality, and motivate change management across cross-functional teams of the project. Education & Experience • University degree (Computer Sciences / Information Systems / Business Administration / Finance or equivalent) with additional certifications or experience in Project Management. • 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function or Finance • Experience in project management (certified CAPM or PMP preferred) • Experience and sound knowledge of CRM database • Legally authorized to work in Canada Other Skills Preferred certifications in any: CAPM, PMP, SAFE practitioner / Certified Agilist Excellent Project management and Analytical skills Strong Financial management skills High communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage various internal customers What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
