You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ • Support preparation of the Long-Range Affiliate Strategic Plan aligned with the regional PMI Plan in order to maintain optimal balance between factory loading and equipment fleet. Contribute to the Regional Strategic Plan preparation by driving and facilitating the strategic decision process in site level. • Prepare strategic analysis, scenarios, alternatives analysis, re-design proposals, perform feasibility studies, etc to enable Affiliate manufacturing management to take appropriate decisions to achieve Zero Loss Journey objectives and improve manufacturing cost performance • Participate in the company’s manufacturing improvement processes system through Pillar Participation and relative tools ownership. • Contribute to consolidation of Manufacturing Assumptions, HC, Manufacturing KPIs and the productivity and cost optimization initiatives. Provide data for regional consolidation by request • Contribute to the Productivity and Cost Optimization process through product simplification process, sourcing optimization initiatives, global initiatives feasibility study and support its implementation • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and corporate policies and practices   Who we’re looking for • University degree in Engineering or Finance or similar education • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, relevant to the role professional certifications is a plus • A minimum of 2 years in Manufacturing/Industrial environment, experience in Production, Management Control, Lean Manufacturing or Operations Analysis and Reporting is a must • Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions • Ability to quickly establish credibility and gain support within diverse teams • Natural curiosity with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve • Fluent in English and in Greek (speaking and writing) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
