Everyone will learn new stuff (IT/Sales/CX/Marketing/Digital/…) • lives and breathes ‘’Transparency, inspection and adaptation’’ You: Functional skills: • Broad marketing expertise (> 3 years) in developing marketing materials and talking points, writing Dutch content for online/offline marketing materials, and being able to see things through, taking initiative to bring marketing campaigns/tools alive. • You have experience in managing suppliers (create briefings, ask for cost estimates, following up,…). • You like analysing underlying data of business processes. • You like putting yourself in the shoes of the consumer when thinking about new solutions. Field visits do not scare you, on the contrary, you feel the need to go through it yourself • Experience in training sales force how to use tools, how to interact with consumers is a nice to have. An interest in engaging with our fantastic sales force is crucial. • Project management experience, affinity with lean, design thinking and agile. • Consumer service experience is of course a strong asset. Personal skills: • An entrepreneurial mind-set and agile way of working is non-negotiable • You embrace ambiguity, and looks at setbacks as learning opportunities to improve • You are open and dare to speak-up – also in conflicts – yet always with respect for the others • A hands-on mentality and a passion working cross-functional in a high pace environment • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written. • And you are excited to share your knowledge, skills, and experiences with a team of like-minded colleagues who want to roll up their sleeves and develop programs to improve our business. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
