We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager for Egypt and Levant Markets based in Cairo. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE You will be part of the Operations Customer Service team of "Philip Morris Misr" reporting to the Manager of Operations Customer Service Egypt & Levant. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be required to: • Lead the cluster's customer-facing initiative and foster engagement with key customers. • Ensure the delivery and availability of our multi category products to our customers is executed optimally (cost, cash, service level). • Responsible for the Route to Market secondary distribution to ensure 100% fulfillment of customers’ order. • Order orchestration across channels/customers to ensure product availability and management of downstream stock levels. • Deploy digitalization projects to ensure high service level to our customers across the channels. • Ensure LSP warehouse is compliant to PMI standards in terms of quality, environmental, health and safety, and security. • Work with regional hub and central teams to resolve supply chain and logistics challenges. • Define opportunities for transactional works and outsourcing opportunities for service delivery processes. • Lead productivity initiatives to streamline the E2E supply chain. • Lead Sustainability Initiatives and Reverse Logistics. • Ensure track and trace requirements are met across the cluster markets. • Manage Local SC risks following PM crisis management procedures and Business Continuity Plans. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or a similar profession; Master’s degree is a plus • A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Distribution field. • 10+ years of experience in a leadership position in a reputable multinational organization. • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to adapt to uncertain and constantly changing business conditions. • Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results. • Situational leadership and communication to deal with diversified culture, markets, and customer profiles. • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
