TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Develop PMK Talent Strategy to define Build-Buy-Borrow plans to accelerate succession plans, ensure diversity in workforce and inclusive working environment. Also, deploy Talent & Performance Management System, Processes & interventions in line with Global Deployment Plans and local needs while ensuring robust change management plan is followed to support smooth transition for employees to new system/ initiatives while managing annual talent & performance cycles in line with principles & guidelines. 1) Global Programs Deployment - Deploy global programs across Talent Management, Performance Management and Inclusion & Diversity while ensuring a robust and effective change management plan is in place to preempt and address employees' concerns during the transition to new system. 2) Talent Management - Manage annual talent review cycles to ensure principles and guidelines are followed and achieves the desired outcome in the shape of Build-Buy-Borrow plans as well as adherence to the agreed plans 3) Talent Assessment - Deploy Global Talent Assessment tools and systems as well as, if required, develop & deploy local assessment tools to support objective assessment & identification of talents 4) Talent Development - Deploy Global/ Regional initiatives as well as, if required, develop & deploy local initiatives to accelerate talent development and succession plans 5) Performance Management - Manage annual performance management cycles (including performance improvement plans) to ensure principles and guidelines are followed and achieves desired outcome of merit-based performance management 6) Performance Assessment - Deploy Global tools as well as, if required, develop & deploy local tools to support objective assessment of performance, specially "Leadership Behaviors" 7) Inclusion & Diversity - Define Diversity business case/ focus in line with organization needs, deploy initiatives to ensure PMK workforce is diverse and working environment is inclusive WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant fields - 12 - 15 years of HR Experience in domain of Talent Management and Development - Inclusion & Diversity experience preferred - Training & Facilitation Experience - Performance Management Models and Processes knowledge - Talent Management Models and Processes knowledge - Project Management & Planning (Waterfall Projects) - Change Management - Basic Knowledge of Korean Labor Laws - Presentation & Story Telling Skills - Data Analytics & Insights - Experimenting and Agile Project Management WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
