About the Global Security Programs You will join Security Programs team, as part of the Security and Market Safety function in Lausanne, which is working to ensure safety and security of people, workplace and products at PMI. The function oversees Security as well as Fleet and Market Safety programs and execution, with a diverse team across the globe. The SMS teams work closely with each aspect of the business, enabling the business to take the right calculated risks in a safe and secure environment. Who we’re looking for · Essential experience and qualifications> o Currently studying for your Master’s degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Management or Marketing o High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes o You have excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office programs as well as Canva and Photoshop, with the ability to learn new programs quickly o Experience in working with projects (preferable experience with global projects) o You have strong writing and communication skills o You have a flair for creativity and are ready to bring and share your ideas to solve problems creatively o Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset Roles & Objectives Roles & Objectives · Work with Security Programs team to deliver global projects, involving multiple stakeholders and predefined deliverables · Be part of Project governance lifecycle · Work with external stakeholders, including vendors, for project delivery · Write and create content for Security Programs on internal communication channels · Be part of various other projects involving coordination with our geographically diverse Security and Market Safety organization What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
