MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: • To act as the organizational authority on analyzing the scope and the context of short-term and long-term business requirements that IT solutions must meet. Alignment business requirements with IT Strategy. Evaluating business requirements critically, to support transformation agenda and to maximize resources for initiatives that adds most value: o Be aware of the Commercial system landscape in the Philip Morris International. Understand what related IT systems and application are in place. Consider platform and product roadmaps. o Translate the consumer needs and pain points into detailed technical requirements. o Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level. Ensure delivery of optimal IT solutions. • Project Governance: o Operate within Project Based Organization framework for decisions making and stakeholder relationships management. o Ensure project compliance with the organizations wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes. o Ensure adoption of effective Project Management practices by IT and business community. • Stakeholder Relationship Management: o Act as a business partner to key internal customers. Deliver stakeholder engagement activities and develop effective working relationships to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are met. o Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolve complex or contentious queries and issues and enable others to take appropriate actions. • Manage a significant IT operational area for the Consumer and Commercial organizations to create the highest level of efficiency possible within that area: o Plan, organize, control and evaluate Information Solutions and Digital data operations o Ensure that the Information technology (IT) used by an organization operates as intended, that data is reliable and IT & Digital solutions are compliant with IT Systems controls objectives, applicable laws and regulations, and IT Policy Framework. ? Budgeting and Cost Management o Planning, monitoring and controlling cost throughout the lifecycle of a project, product or application (starting from early opportunity sizing, through Business Case creation and continuous business justification, spend tracking, benefits, depreciation, closure etc.) o Developing a solid project Business Case in collaboration with the business stakeholders. o Understanding the relevant financial concepts and mechanisms. Planning and delivering a budget for the own area of the organization ? Motivating people and promoting a learning and growth culture ? Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and 3rd parties REQUIREMENTS: ? Advanced spoken and written English ? University degree in Computer Sciences/ Information Systems/ Engineering / Digital would be an advantage ? + 3 years of IT experience in a multinational company ? Proven working experience on IT Leadership roles or relevant experience. Domain of Commercial, Consumer, e-Commerce, Retail solutions would be an advantage ? Business acumen in commercial processes. Business processes design experience. ? Very good knowledge of IT solutions management and support, Digital or Data capabilities, Information analysis or computer software systems ? Project Management experience, Very good understanding of Agile practices ? ITIL Service Manager certified / or equivalent would be an advantage. ? Understanding of General IT Controls process would be an advantage ? Understanding of Cybersecurity requirements for Consumer facing IT / Digital solutions would be an advantage. SKILLS: • Excellent Learning agility • Communication skills, Effective writing, Negotiating • Strategy Execution and Stakeholder management • Problem solving and decision making • Financial planning, Budgeting and budget execution coordination • Vendor / Supplier Management • Technical Management or Technical Understanding. IT solutions architecture guiding principles understanding would be an advantage • SAFe or equivalent certification would be an advantage. AWS or equivalent certification would be an advantage.
