Compliance with the law is a fundamental and essential principle for Philip Morris.

Ethics, integrity and fairness are values that characterize every activity carried out by the company and its employees and must also be shared, respected and applied by all suppliers and third parties that collaborate, or wish to collaborate, with us.

For these reasons, in line with and in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, Philip Morris Italia S.r.l. and Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. have adopted specific protocols and procedures to allow the relevant stakeholders to report – in good faith and with full awareness of the applicable legal framework – any conduct they have become aware of in the workplace that may constitute violations under the Decree.

Please refer to the attached “Relevant Reports” procedures (as last updated on 30 March 2026) for all necessary details regarding: the individuals entitled to submit reports, the reporting channels and methods, the procedures to be followed by the designated bodies when conducting investigations in the event of a report, as well as the prohibition of retaliation against the reporting person and the protection measures guaranteed to the latter by the two companies.

Reports may be submitted either in written or oral form (including anonymously) through the following internal Group channel: the Compliance Helpline, available both via the toll-free number +1 303-623-0588 and through the portal www.compliance-speakup.pmi.com .

Where the specific conditions set out in the Decree and also described in the “Relevant Reports” procedure are met, reports may also be submitted through an external channel made available by the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) (click here for all relevant information on the external channel established with ANAC).

Please note that reports concerning conduct relevant under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as well as violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model, cannot be submitted through the aforementioned external channel established with ANAC.

Philip Morris does not tolerate retaliation against reporting persons.

Any act of retaliation or discrimination, even if only attempted or threatened, against anyone who reports unlawful conduct in good faith and in accordance with the law and company procedures will be subject to severe sanctions.
