Our ongoing transformation requires changing the way we are organized, how work is defined and allocated, and how performance is measured. Our intention is to strengthen our inclusive culture and boost how everyone contribute their personal best through attitudes, behaviours and employment practices that values, respects and accommodates differences, that promotes listening and learning from others, and that creates space for constructive disagreement.

We are serious about our efforts to ensure that the lowest-paid people in our organization are able to maintain a fair standard of living and that none of our employees gets paid below the living wage rate. We assess pay rates globally, conducting surveys since 2016.

PMI has a long history of diligence in recognizing employee rights and fostering solid and collaborative labor relations practices. We have 81 Collective Labor Agreements in 35 countries, covering approximately 65 percent of our employees.
