As Digital Analyst, you are an integral part of the Marketing & Digital Team and a true change agent of becoming a Project-Based Organization and implementing our new ways of working and decision processes. Your ‘day to day’ • Insights Interpretation and collaboration: • Collaborate with key stakeholders and IT partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs. • To drive and offer digital data analytics (e.g. trends, analysis innovations, industry best practices) utilizing digital analytic tools. • Conduct analysis, interpretation and translating data and provide input to business requirements for the design of solutions to stakeholders. • Evaluate and report on initiatives across digital platforms including performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different digital campaigns. • Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different methodology and from various platforms to create models that help analyse business challenges. • Collaborate and partner with commercial operations and consumer experience team to analyse and improve customer journey and implement deliverables which facilitate business growth and maximized consumer-experience. • Drive insights-automation capabilities and develop new data analysis processes which are scalable and consumer-centric. • Reporting: • Provide digital performance reporting and recommendation for B2B and B2C domain to key stakeholders. • Deliver monthly website and social media insights and recommendations for optimization. • Collaborate with CRM stakeholders to develop effective digital marketing activities. Essential Skills and competencies: • Minimum 6 years post qualifying experience within digital analytics involving insights and strategy exposure. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital transformation, innovation and delivery including digital account management, media planning, digital creative, business analysis and User Experience architecture. • Ability to strategize and implement knowledge of digital paid, owned and earned media channels. • Demonstrate analytical, business-acumen and problem-solving skills. • Hands on experience and strong knowledge in Data Studio, Power BI and Google Analytics 360. • Strong people skills with proven influencing and delivery power to work across-functionally and collaborate. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for results. • Ability to embrace complexity, ambiguity and able to translate opportunities to experiment and simplify. • Demonstrates a strong curiosity to learn, sense of urgency, agility and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry. • University degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering or equivalent.
