Trade Engagement Operations Intern

THE OPPORTUNITY You will be part of the Trade Engagement Team in Philip Morris Spain. We look for a recent business management graduate with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. This individual will support our dynamic Trade Engagement team in all Trade Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES • Capture and document the current trade engagement operation processes specifying timing and investment, ensuring you maintain a holistic view of operations result-driven. • Challenge the status quo with powerful questions and propose innovative solutions to optimize all Operation processes to improve KPIs. • Align & follow up with Field and Legal department every new process. REQUIREMENTS You have: • A recent degree in business management, analytics or similar • Working fluency in English (B2 level and above) • Excel and Digital Tool Experience savviness You also have: • Eagerness to manage several projects at the same time • A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset • Compelling goal-oriented commercial skills • Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty • Effective communication skills
