YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will take on responsibility in the area of Process Management. • You will play a key role in the strategic direction of Process Management as part of the multi-category portfolio expansion and the omni-channel sales model. • You continuously analyze the end-to-end processes and activities in the process area and increase efficiency and services for customers through continuous optimization. • You plan and coordinate cross-departmental multi-category activities in line with the company's objectives. • You coordinate projects within the department as well as across departments in cross-functional projects. • You monitor the supply chain systems and their relevant interfaces. • Leading, developing and motivating the Austrian Process Management team for a sustainable success of the department. YOUR PROFILE: • A degree in economics with a relevant focus and practical experience in supply chain, logistics, process management, business administration/development or similar. • Experience in dealing with cross-functional teams and managing employees. • Strategic vision, process thinking, out-of-the-box thinking and a customer-oriented approach characterize you. • Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality, paired with a structured, independent way of working and analytical skills. • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, networked thinking and a drive for innovation. • Team-oriented work, a high level of initiative and enjoy trying out new things. • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint). • Experience in handling and interface management with SAP, as well as analysis tools such as Power BI. • Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of German is an advantage.
