Your day-to-day: - Ensuring compliance with all Philip Morris International standards regarding safety in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies, during the implementation of subcontractor safety activity control projects. - Ensuring compliance with all Philip Morris International quality management standards to ensure production of goods according to specifications and prevent quality-related incidents during project execution. - Planning and implementing equipment modernization projects and new product introductions. - Organizing and managing cross-functional project teams for project implementation and overall resources required for project completion within established timelines. - Planning considering the availability and qualification of company resources. - Creating an initiative schedule using Initiative Management methodology to ensure proper preparation and quality execution of new projects and achievement of set objectives. - Ensuring execution of the initiative management workflow from project start to project approval stage (project success criteria/implementation and deployment plan/hiring plan/process reviews). - Tracking project execution stages with project team using Initiative Management methodology to ensure proper preparation and quality execution of new projects and achievement of set objectives. - Assessing project risks at various implementation stages, elaborating measures to mitigate project risks, and timely escalation of risks to company management. - Ensuring readiness for the implementation cycle of new projects and directly leading the deployment and qualification stage to meet success criteria and project goals. - Facilitating employee competency development within project activities. - Facilitating manufacturing employee competency development to achieve project success criteria and goals. What we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing. - Experience in positions within production units, production unit management, equipment modernization project management, and new product introduction project management. - Experience implementing manufacturing systems (Lean, TPM, WCM, IWS). - English proficiency at Upper-intermediate level or higher.
