We are looking for Planning & Reporting Analyst, who will evaluate Commercial Business Unit (CBU) organizational needs in data analysis and tools with further adaptation for regional users; provide key decision makers with high quality and timely business information from different areas (distribution, adult consumers, brands, trade, competition) contributing to CBU objectives fulfillment. OBJECTIVES: • Analyze and interpret data to monitor product and employee’s performance, in order to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats • Help to plan, summarize and present the results of CBU and regional projects to support CBU management teams within time information • Prepare ad hoc reports on demand; collaborate with other members of the commercial function in the execution of various tasks and projects • Discover needs and provide CBU organization with reporting or other tools to speedup decision making and resources optimization REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in sales data analysis • Computer skills: experience in data visualization, knowledge of SQL, Power BI • Software with the focus on Excel and Power Point • Analytical thinking and ability to work with complex information • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills • English: Intermediate, Ukrainian – native • Skills: learning on the fly, action oriented, composure, decision quality What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense purpose and an appetite for progress.
