Your day-to-day As a Senior Finance Systems Governance Analyst, you will: • Support the design, build, and deploy of the Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes, understanding their global structure and the links between the various systems; • Execute acceptance tests and support the worldwide user community to adopt usage of existing or new functionalities; • Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data used in PBF&R finance applications and that overall system is end user ready and updated as per PMI Instructions and deadlines; • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope; • Enforce relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services; • Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the finance system landscape by acting as an intermediary between Finance, Business and IT Teams, ensuring that technology solutions correspond to business needs; • Coordinate and continuously evolve our Finance applicational and data landscape, by designing, rolling out and continuously improving processes used within the Team and across the relevant partners; • Act as SME in solution building or process redesign projects ensuring they deliver the expected business outcomes; • Supervise and coordinate work of others within specific team activities or projects. Who we're looking for: • Degree in Business Management, Information Management, Business Analytics, Statistics and Econometrics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or similar; • Minimum 5 years of experience (multinational environment is preferable) in the areas of Finance, Data Analytics or Systems and Information Management; • Solid knowledge of one or more financial systems and tools, acting as SME; • Understanding of financial processes in corporate environment; • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; • Proactive & Curious mindset; • Good communication skills: good ability to articulate and translate into action technical and operational subjects; • Advanced level of English (spoken and written); • Advanced level of MS Office usage, namely Excel and PowerPoint; • We value system-oriented candidates with experience with Financial Applications and programming languages (SQL).
