Your ‘day to day’ -Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality. -Operate and monitor the production equipment according to production plans to deliver high consumer service level -Adjust equipment, deploy preventive maintenance principles and fix mechanical failures in order to achieve and improve targeted KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost). -Contribute to the continuous improvement and Loss elimination program (OPEN+) -Proactively cooperate with the quality department in order to prevent quality incidents, reduction and elimination of non conformities in the process and product integrity. -Ensure that documentation relevant with production and technical processes is properly completed and autonomous execution of advanced problem solving activities -Participate to Production lines daily direction setting process to support timely triggers definition and KPIs improvement through effective corrective actions definition -Use and comply to all standard OPEN+ systems and tools (BOS, QFlag, CL, CIL, IPS,, UPS, WPA, PDM, etc) according to requirements of the site -Collaborate with the team members to deliver the highest internal and external consumers satisfaction, -Complete the necessary forms and make timely data entry into the information systems to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention. -Provide all relevant information for the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and line managers in order to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge in order to continually increase competences and expertise Our Factory in Aspropygos operates 24x7, so the role includes Rotating Shifts and the working schedule is 4 working days FOLLOWED BY 2 days off! Who we’re looking for -Minimum mandatory educational cycle.
