The mission of our IT and Data team is to deploy and maintain the technology that is critical for the success of our company’s mission in the Benelux and Nordic markets. The main responsibilities of the team are: - Delivery of technology to enable an omnichannel consumer experience and to address pain points along the consumer journey - Delivery of B2B technology to optimally engage with trade partners - Delivery of a reporting environment that helps us become a data driven organization - The support and continuous enhancement of all B2C, B2B and BI solutions To strengthen this team, we are looking for an IT ANALYST. IT Analyst Consumer will interact with business team through multiple discussions and brainstorming to build project scope for B2B/B2C requirements. You will be involved in various stages of planning, defining business requirements, converting into functional flows, designs and building standards for UX and cross-channels integration. Change management requires collaborative communication and influencing ability to handle conflicting priorities and to manage stakeholder expectations. Your day-to-day: 1. Understand business requirements; • Partner with local process owners to streamline business processes for better return on investment and productivity improvement. • Understand business' needs and conduct analysis on how to improve system reliability and support experience, development and deployment of global/ regional/ local application systems in compliance with Philip Morris policies and procedures. 2. Lead the design, build and deployment of IT solutions • Manage projects with Agile/Scrum methodology or concepts. • Review and analyse business processes, procedures and user requirements to propose and develop optimized solutions to meet business needs. • Execute change management processes & procedures and translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications for application developments. • Coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in application systems against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure. • Review applications during and after delivery to ensure the solution meets business needs. 3. Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions • Coordinate with global support teams to resolve system incidents and fulfil enhancement requests. • Provide necessary documentations to support system usage and troubleshooting. Organize system trainings for end-users and key-users. • Training Global Helpdesk to provide 1st level support Who we’re looking for: Experiences: • Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Business Administration or Information Management is preferable. • At least 3 years in Information Systems, business application design and development. • Minimum of 1 year project management experience; Agile/Scrum/Waterfall experience is preferable. • Understand API specification and other technical documentation comprehension. • Above average computer literacy. • ITIL knowledge is a plus. Competencies: • Analytically strong, knowing when to shift from the bigger picture to the tiny detail and back. • Learning on the fly, today’s skills are tomorrow’s history. • A team player while maintaining a strong own vision and goal. • Capable to shift focus in rapid changing requirements. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
