1 Product Category Management: We are the single point of contact and have accountability toward the categories. We define the Product roadmap within our smoke-free portfolio, and we drive a comprehensive view and decision-making on how the function contributes to growth and success.​

2 Project Management Office (PMO)​: We pioneer new ways of working by establishing end-to-end prioritization and governance.​

3 Electronics Engineering: Pipeline, develop, deliver and maintain performant devices, mature systems, and components.​

4 Electronics Operations: Support many teams all unified by the common objective to drive industrialization, manufacturing, supply, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life of electronic products.

5 Product & Process Technology: ​We constantly strengthen and progress our portfolio of innovation, yielding product and technology pipeline improvements, leveraging external expertize, and building strategic alliances addressing prioritized consumer needs per value space.​

6 Product Quality Assurance​: We drive best-in-class quality processes and achievement of optimal cost, always keeping our consumers at the core. ​Our focus is on upstreaming, quality project management, standardization, and learnings.

The interview and assessment stages are a chance for us to get to know each other. For us, to find out more about you and your capabilities, and for you to learn more about PMI—so do come prepared with your questions. Depending on the role, there may be additional steps.
If everything works out on both sides, you’ll receive a job offer. This will include salary details, benefits, and terms of employment. 
Once you’ve accepted our offer, we’ll keep in touch to make sure that you have the support, tools, and guidance you need to feel at home from day one. Your first three months will be packed with activities that prepare you to achieve great things with us.

The Product labs and offices in Europe and Asia are centers of innovation for electronic engineering and product development. Switzerland


The Cube, located in the city of Neuchâtel, Switzerland,  officially opened in 2009. The building houses 400 scientists and researchers in labs, open-plan offices and contemporary ‘brainstorming zones.’ Essentially three buildings in one, it features creative toxicology laboratories and office space. With its wide open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, bright, modern, and colorful inspiration areas, and carefully manicured greenery, you have the feeling that you have just entered one of the newest dot-com empires, rather than a research facility. ​

Italy


Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna (PMMTB), is our center of excellence in Italy for employees training, prototyping, and working on the industrialization and large-scale production of smoke-free products.​


In 2016, PMMTB expanded its presence with the opening of a new production plant in the industrial area of ​​Crespellano. The result of an investment of more than EUR 1 billion, it is the lead site for PMI operations worldwide, as a manufacturing hub where the industrial processes for the creation of innovative products are defined, and the know-how is then transferred to the other affiliates of the group in more than 30 countries.

Armenia


Established in 2018, PMI Science R&D Center in Yerevan, Armenia is the third in the global network of R&D centers established by PMI to reach its vision of a smoke-free world. Our team engages in rigorous research and development activities to further improve the product portfolio of the company.​


The center operates with a special model as a hub to connect various scientific, educational, and technology institutions in Armenia and beyond. In that scope, the center implements ecosystem development programs which include PhD and faculty support programs, and organizes scientific incubators, Datathon events, and other conferences. The center supports master’s degree programs in the fields of data science, systems engineering, and materials science. The center collaborates with a network of over 125 scientists.

China


Electronics Product Development Center: Our new state-of-the-art facility in China is in Futian District, the city center of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The transport links are plentiful, with Shenzhen Futian railway station nearby. You can use train or the Metro to get to our offices. 


Hong Kong


Electronics Product Development Center: This center is situated in Quarry Bay, an emerging business district which has grown into one of Hong Kong’s prominent commercial hubs in recent years. Adjacent to the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) Quarry Bay station, and with the Island Eastern Corridor and Eastern Harbour Crossing on its doorstep, the location offers a high level of accessibility to employees and visitors alike.
