The Challenge As a Territory Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop territory strategy across different channels to maximize the potential of the territory in order to engage all Legal Age Smokers (LAS) towards RRPs (Reduced Risk Products) portfolio and ensure their conversion, aligned with PMI’s vision of a smoke-free future. You will also design and implement Territory Plan with a multicategory approach leveraging on a predefined toolbox of resources and budget to address business objectives in the most effective way. Also, you also coach and develop your team, by measuring team performance and ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment, promoting new ways of working in the field. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales reps through two different channels: on retail (B2B) and off retail (B2C), guiding them to overpass their challenges. Your day-to-day • Monitor and track the implementation of the business plan through KPI’s in order to define and implement corrective/preventive actions. • Lead new initiatives and projects in the territory, based on internal and external benchmark and trends, as well as anticipate legal changes and assess respective impacts, in order to develop innovative and efficient solutions. • Efficient and effective planning of resources and budget to maximize IQOS expansion and ROI. • Ensure that the field force is active, motivated and performing to high PMI standards to achieve the sales and conversion targets for the territory. • Ensure that all team members and third parties are fully knowledgeable of the Law, PMI Policies& Practices and the company marketing code, and that are complying on their daily business execution. Who we are looking for • Higher education in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or similar; • Ideally 4 years of experience in Sales or commercial function; • Experience leading Commercial teams • Energy communication, ability to listen and consumer at the core mindset; • Fluent Portuguese and English; • Ability to work under targets and with deadline; • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; What we offer • Permanent local contract, with a competitive salary plus Tabaqueira’s employee Benefit including: o Life and Health insurance; o Pension Plan; o Education allowance • A challenging work environment, with great development opportunities; • Growing and development opportunity within the Company.
