You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. You will be joining our Operations Teams at Philip Morris Asia Limited, PMI’s affiliate in Hong Kong. Your ‘day to day’ Accountable for the full Route-to-Market (RTM) service delivery and for distribution operations including warehousing and logistics. The role is accountable for the warehouse quality and compliance to policies and procedures, and accountable in adhering to PMI's organisation and process transformation and business performance. You will also be responsible for: - End-to-end product and service delivery for all distribution channels from order management to delivery and payment collection targeting 100% fulfilment of general trade and key accounts purchase orders. - Develop & enhance partnership with internal (Commercial) & external (logistics service provider) key stakeholders to work towards the same business goals & objectives: service delivery fulfilment and creating efficiencies in processes. - Identify opportunities and joint initiatives to improve overall service level and costs to key customers and stakeholders by leading process improvement and productivity ideation sessions focusing on a 2 to 3 -year horizon with minimum 5% cost improvement year-on-year. - Lead implementation and execution of the initiatives and projects identified resulting to the adherence to logistics & warehousing budget and lower cost-to-serve. Who we’re looking for - College/University graduate - At least 6 years working experience related Supply Chain: Logistics & Distribution including at least 3 years of experience in managing external LSPs - Experience in leading cross-functional project teams - Local language is a must - Project management - Experience in use of SAP or any other ERPs - Experience in use of warehouse management system (WMS) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
