About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. *Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC The Opportunity You will be part of the In-Store Visibility Team in Philip Morris Spain. We look for support for the implementation of a new visibility guidelines in our trade partners, manage the daily tasks of store design, implement solutions to gain synergies between the departments’ strategy and the field sales force needs. Responsabilities • In charge of seamless execution of guidelines and experience in tobacconists • Management of the stock, scheduling, routing, budget of In-Store Visibility installation • Contact point with support center to solve any issue related with the In-Store Visibility materials • In charge of creating system infrastructure to allow processes automation and reporting to measure In-Store Visibility KPIs • Maintenance of In-Store Visibility CRM tool Who we're looking for • A recent degree in marketing, business management, communication or similar • Working fluency in English (B2 level and above) • Excel and Digital Tool Experience is a plus You also have: • Team-player and collaborative skills • Eagerness to manage several projects at the same time • A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset • Effective communication and creative skills from concept to execution – both with agencies and internal stakeholders • Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty • Compelling goal-oriented commercial skills Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
