Paid media executive What would you be doing? • Ensure smooth project management and execution of our digital paid media campaigns from the brief to the final execution end evaluation for CZ and SK markets. • Execute creative brief, agency brief, consolidate all toolkits, guidelines, legal restrictions, etc. We have toolkits for creatives, but we need to localize them or create from scratch, we also need to receive local legal approval. • Ensure all technical set-up is on place and optimized. • Close cooperation with agencies, global colleagues, content team and all relevant departments to build the success of our products and services. Permanent control of performances. • Ad hoc administration (invoicing process, participation in relevant meetings, approval processes) • Continuous evaluation of campaigns (media metrics, content performance, benchmark responsibility) to drive improvement of campaign performance. • Ensure that we try innovations and best practices in media and stay up to date with industry. • Identify gaps/potentials to improve, new possibilities. How we see an ideal candidate? • 3+ years of experience in digital and media • Strong project management skills, high sense of responsibility, autonomy • Attentiveness, focus on business development • Analytical and strategical way of thinking • High level of digital knowledge, deep understanding of KPIs and their interconnection. • Passion for digital marketing, Google Analytics, GTM, CM skills – are mandatory, Salesforce tools – is an advantage, Experience with task trackers. • Good level of communication skills, building relationships and contributing to the team spirit • Fluent in English, native/fluent Czech and Slovak • Looking to learn new things, good team player
