Responsibilities of the role: • Ensuring data quality assurance and governance across reports; • Contributing to the Benelux strategy through scenario and predictive modelling, data mining and insights. • Working with data analytics to get actionable insights out of big data sets; • Collaborating with cross-functional colleagues in a challenging environment, which means participating and collaborating with various stakeholders and project groups to gather and prioritize the information required; • Ensuring data quality assurance and governance across reports; You’ll be our ideal candidate if you: 1. Advanced Microsoft Power BI experience is required: • Experience in data modelling with adherence to best practices of building relationships and different types of storage modes. • Good understanding of enterprise-wide data models, composite models and golden datasets. • Experience in creating complex Power Query transformations. • Advanced knowledge and experience of DAX – Filter context, context transition, DAX queries and optimization methods. • Basic knowledge of using DAX Studio and DAX Queries. • Strong experience in building Power BI visualizations. 2. SQL Experience is required: • Ability to write advanced SQL queries i.e. containing CTEs and Subqueries to explore and analyse data available in the data warehouse. • Knowledge of using SQL queries in Power Query to create Power BI datasets and dataflows. 3. Basic understanding of ETL processes is preferred. 4. A Master’s degree and 3- 5 years of relevant experience (business intelligence, science and / or data analytics) would be consider a pre; How does this sound?
