IT Consumer at PMI The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. You will primarily focus on being responsible for the delivery of websites with a variety of development teams, at the same time taking up hands-on development. On top of that, you will regularly engage with your internal customers to capture feedback and understand their needs to improve the value of our products. Tech Lead IT B2B Digtial To commercialize and expand, we are building and rolling out global IT platforms to support tour trade/retail activities. Our retailer platforms aim to provide the best experience in the end-to-end retail journey from onboarding, training, commerce and after-sales. You will be collaborating with multiple product development teams, supporting the system and data design of new capabilities/requirements, and improving, and ensuring platforms non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, or extensibility are met. Your ‘day to day’ As a Technical Lead, you will: collaborate with our solution managers and their development teams, providing guidance, creating low level designs on different solutions. Performing code review and coach developers on best practices. Create required documentations. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of code and performance. You will have a strong focus the technical aspects of the products while understanding the business requirements to translate those into technical solutions, following best practices and ensuring scalability/flexibility. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent. 5+ year experience working with the Salesforce products and managed packages. Experience as a lead/senior developer on Salesforce products including Experience Cloud. B2B Commerce Cloud a plus. Experience in designing end-to-end solutions and ability to properly link business processes, data flows and system functionalities. JavaScript, Python, AWS knowledge a plus. A strong attitude for problem solving and dealing with ambiguity is expected. Project Management and/or Lean/Agile tools expertise. Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment.
