We believe in the following values: Innovation | Integrity | Excellent Execution | Collaboration | Responsibility THE OPPORTUNITY The purpose of the position is to ensure Factory Logistics activities are executed smoothly as well as key stakeholders are managed properly by monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and initiating corrective actions when/where necessary. You Ensure the efficient communication between Factory/ LSP / Business unit / Production Planning team. Responsibilities: · Ensure that Factory Business Units work smoothly – all needed materials are delivered in time as per production plan. · Prepare and monitor the LSP Contracts KPIs, like inventory management, transportation, reduce the cycle time of the processes. · Monitor records in SAP and WMS performed by logistics service provider employees to ensure the accuracy of the data recorded and propose solutions where deviations are observed. · Generate weekly and monthly reports related to LSP activity; provide ad-hoc reports when requested by management team. · Troubleshooting of issues in daily Factory Logistic activities. · Ensure appropriate performance is delivered, define improvement priorities and action plans to ensure adherence to PMI quality standards and legal requirements. · Lead and follow up implementation of improvements initiatives, feasibility studies and cost saving projects with minimum to medium complexity in Supply Chain area. · Initiate reports on all accidents and incidents occurring in the warehouse area and report to EHS department and Contract representatives. · Ensure that all ISO requirements are met. KEY REQUIREMENTS · Minimum degree hbo-bachelor level. · Minimum 3 years of experience in experience in Logistics/WH management roles. · Strong communication and analytical skills, result oriented, continuous improvement mindset. · Fluent level of written and spoken English and Dutch (preferred). · Process and goal-oriented, knowledge of Supply chain best practices; · The knowledge of SAP and WMS is a plus. · Ability to present to the various levels within the organization.
