Lead Analytics Project & Delivery - Business Intelligence

In this role YOU will be a part of a Business Intelligence global team of more than 40 people and you will work with internal stakeholders in various domains like Commercial & Consumer Insights, Omnichannel, Finance, Operations and more. We are growing and there plenty of exciting projects and opportunities to bring value to PMI’s transformation. This role is planned as a step into future managerial positions. You will lead a small team (1-3 members) focused on a certain analytics competency. Throughout the work you will grow the experience related to people management as well as analytical capabilities. This mix will prepare you for the future and bigger roles. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with Business Intelligence, Web Analytics, Business and Commercial Development, Analytics Engineering or other relevant fields • Experience with database technology and querying (ETL/DW, SQL) as well as programming languages (R, Python) is a plus • Working experience with Microsoft PowerBI • Applied statistics (hypothesis testing, causal inference, experimental design) and feature engineering skills is a plus • Ability to complete a few large projects concurrently and deliver to agreed timescales in a fast-paced environment • Ability to develop a solid understanding of the business drivers that determine success • Gather stakeholder feedback continuously to provide credible solutions and high-quality work • Shift gears comfortably, make decisions and act without having to have every detail clear; not afraid to challenge the status quo • Solid experience with project planning (communicating & ensuring timely & quality delivery) and stakeholder engagement • Working experience in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch Sodexo card to be used in the canteen or outside • Hybrid working arrangement • Employee pension plan • Cafeteria benefit program, multisport card • Wide range of trainings, language learning platform, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Data Analysis & Visualization. Deep-dive with your team members into the data to find insights that drive the strategy and implementation of new projects across functions and markets. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support key activities and decision making • performing analysis-to-insight; Identifying issues and using tools for effective and efficient analysis; breaking down large issues to achieve the "right" level; Identifying the root causes of difficult problems; interpreting data and results; • Data Management. Automate and optimise data collection, transformation, loading, analysis, presentation, visualisation, and monitoring processes (May also include build, maintain and improve data pipelines using a wide range of technologies) • Project Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other global teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues. • Team leadership - inspire change and action in complicated situations. Be a thought leader in analytics areas. • Lead a small team / competency unit of analyst - having accountability & responsibility of the quality and timeliness of the work assigned to your team members. You will also be expected to conduct onboarding, training, and coaching junior team members to help them develop. • Advanced Analytics.
