We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist. Primary goal of this position is to achieve CRM objectives by developing and enhancing the CRM strategy to personalize engagement with our users, as well as by ensuring effectiveness of the digital and direct communication to maximize reach and engagement. You will be focusing on RRP (Reduced Risk Products) category, brands like IQOS,ILUMA, VEEV, Lil. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? • Design and implement CRM communications/journeys to increase consumer value i.e. through improvement of customer product adoption, increasing retention probability or multi-category offers • Monitoring and evaluation of campaign KPIs and driving continuous improvement • Work in collaboration with cross functional teams during projects and initiatives to improve Consumer experience • Translate consumer insights into effective action plans that will maximize value provided by brand to consumer • Support the assessment of impact and feasibility on CRM side of new retention and program mechanics WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • At least 3 years of experience in Direct marketing , preferably in CRM , with Consumer Journey design background • You have fluent English , Czech/Slovak is an advantage • You have consumer centricity and performance marketing mindset • You have experience in project management • You have strong analytical skills and ability to drive insights into actions • You have strong presentation skills • You are a team player • Experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage
