To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing Field Force Planning & Communication Executive (NL) to contribute to success of our conventional brands & Smoke Free Products. Your challenge is to closely collaborate with different stakeholders in order to connect all the ongoing commercial projects/initiatives and translate them into activation plans including fitting communication for your stakeholders. The key projects are linked to new launches, program deployment, portfolio optimization & Multicategory trade engagement & commercial initiatives. Your Key Stakeholders will be Field Sales NL & the Marketing teams. You will also have the opportunity to further optimize existing planning & reporting processes. The position of a Field Force Planning & Communication Executive will help you to enhance your experience in multi-category projects, deployment of commercial initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities of the role: • Stakeholder management, foster alignment with all the different departments & stakeholders in order to define the best solution • Project management & support, briefing all stakeholders to ensure all activities will be executed and communicated in an efficient and effective manner • Internal communication, create understanding towards back office regarding the front office needs, dynamics and executions. You’ll be our ideal candidate if you have: • Excellent planning skills • Strong priority setting & agility skills • Natural collaboration skills (stakeholder management) • Communication & alignment skills • Fluent in Dutch & English is required (both written and spoken) • Passion for customer centric working • We want you to bring your ideas, your motivation and desire to succeed How does this sound?
