HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? (responsibilities) • Support to Global Mobility Team with transactional and operational activities related to relocation of international transferees into Poland; • Collaborate with the different GM teams and external vendors (Immigration and Destination Services Vendors); • Support with the payment process (reimbursement of claims, setting up vendors) • Prepare the relevant documents required to the work permits (invitation letters, attestation, ); • Keep the personal files; • Support with the onboarding activities for the Expats / STA population, in specific coordinate the mandatory medical check ups, EHS etc. • Work with the different tools: SAP, Apro (Assignment Pro – management tool); Concur, etc. Each person who sends the application will receive information about its status. #LI-Hybrid
