We are currently looking for a Web Analytics Sr. Specialist IN THIS ROLE you will dive deep into the digital landscape to uncover key insights that drive optimization and growth. Your analytical expertise will bridge the gap between data and actionable strategies, ensuring our digital campaigns and platforms perform at their peak. What your role will be: • Conduct analyses to uncover areas for optimization and growth across various digital platforms and highlight and present key insights and recommendations. • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data accuracy and consistency in re-porting. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas to enhance our digital analytics capabilities. What we are looking for: • College/University degree, preferably in economic, business administration or data/insights-related education • Full-time experience in a Digital role or Business consultancy (3 years min) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize significant amounts of information. • Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Advanced English • Proactive approach, positive mindset and team spirit • Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: - Flexible working hours / home office possibility - 25 vacation days and 4 sick days - Summer/winter vacation contribution - 11 000 points in Benefit Café, Multisport card, Meal tickets - Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
