About the team: The Intern will join the team of Subject Matter Experts in PMI products forensics evaluation, dealing with analysis the samples stemming from various events involving illicit products worldwide. The Intern will support Swiss based ITP Forensics branch, thus will work predominantly on samples and events from UK, France and Switzerland markets. Who we’re looking for: • Available from mid-July to February • Currently studying for Master/Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Electronics, Commodities Science, or other technical profile of education. • Practical knowledge of MS Office. • Fluent in English, French and local languages are an asset. Roles & Objectives: • Administrative support and coordination of the product analysis requests stemming from respective countries, under the guidance and supervision of senior team member. • Support to onsite inspections and EPS surveys forensics processes coordination. • Product Forensics: Samples handling, incl. receiving and recording, labelling, filing & reporting. Preparation and registration of the product "flat" samples. Storing and maintenance of the sample’s repository. • Basic entries to ITP Forensics systems, incl. the information update. • Knowledge repository and capacity building by support in preparation of the presentations, under the guidance and supervision of senior team member.
