About the team You will join a motivated team in the Factory Services department of Philip Morris Products SA in Neuchatel. The IFMS Team within Factory Services department is responsible for PMP SA's infrastructure, building and utilities. We make sure that facilities and equipment are the cutting edge of technology and meet the requirements in terms of cost, quality, efficiency, safety, and sustainability. We provide advice and guidance for the definition of major technical projects (particularly energy saving initiatives) and are responsible for their execution. Who we’re looking for: • Available from May to December • Currently studying for your Master / bachelor’s degree. • Open to all fields-oriented energy, sustainability, environmental sciences, … • Fluent in English and in French. Roles & Objectives In the frame of sustainability and carbon neutrality for manufacturing, PMP SA implemented several initiatives. In collaboration with internal IFMS team and our CoE (Center of Expertise), your role would be to lead/valid and deploy sustainability initiatives linked to our utilities. You would be a key player for our ambitious target of CO2 emissions reduction as well as energy and water consumptions decrease.
