TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ -Deliver all digital owned media channels user experiences (web, mobile, ecommerce, owned social) - which constitute all our digital destinations and capabilities. Leverage on expertise in user experience design, information architecture, digital design, Digital Content (in partnership Brand & Content team), Service Design (in partnership with Consumer Experience and IT team), Development (in partnership with IT team and vendors), Testing, Deployment and Measurement / Insight / Reporting. Display and utilize strong understanding of importance of personalization, programmable owned media, and performance marketing. Deploy brand/e-Commerce campaigns and content to maximize traffic and conversion in collaboration with internal stakeholders -As a digital media subject matter expert, deliver Digital Owned Media expertise to the business by effectively translating customer needs into full digital experience (e.g.  designing the mechanics of websites or applications, building sitemaps, visual design and navigation panes, creating storyboards or process flowcharts to aid in content design, streamline sales processes and work on the visual appearance of our owned digital assets). Lead front-end planning and development for .COM capability building.  -Responsible for conducting tests to ensure all features are functional, as well as analyzing traffic patterns and identify optimization opportunities once live. Inspire peers and colleagues to become disruptive innovators. Engage with digital partners and suppliers to support our goals. -Support the operations of e-Commerce system (e.g. system hotfix, function release, etc.) and continuously drive enhancement of user experience and sales performance on both system and campaign capability and efficiency  -Embed new ways of working to ensure all new projects and tasks follow a structured methodology. Purpose being to effectively discover, define, design, deliver, deploy and create data to power insight and optimization for our digital owned media activities. Ensure the output achieves our overall digital strategy and commercial objectives and KPIs. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR -University bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field – graphic design, interaction design, industrial design, HCI, computer science or equivalent degree/experience -Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing web/app UI development and/or website feature development -A portfolio demonstrating your work in at least 1 product/design that has been released to market, including understanding of target users, design process, and measurement -Development or operations experience on owned e-Commerce platform -Ability to drive design process end to end from deriving insights, creating user journeys, wireframing to UI designs -Ability to work directly with engineers and publishers to ensure designs are well implemented -Experience working with Global Headquarters, and headquarters experience is a plus -Proficient English (verbal and written) a must. -Positive mindset with ‘Can do’ spirit -Ability to skillfully use design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, or Adobe Creative suites -Knowledge in coding and ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS and comparable languages (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) -Google Analytics skill preferred -Documentation skill using Power point & Word -Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving organization. -Attention to detail -Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -Collaborative and able to communicate comfortably with local/global stakeholders WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
